Firmendaten Italien – Finanzzahlen und deren Aktualität
Täglich erreichen uns zahlreiche Anfragen rund um Finanzzahlen und Firmenauskünfte zu europäischen Unternehmen. In diesem Fall wurde die Frage gestellt, ob in den Firmenauskünften mit Bilanzzahlen bereits die 2008er Zahlen enthalten sind.
Von unserem Auskunftspartner für Italien erhielten wir bezüglich der 2008er Zahlen zu italienischen Unternehmen folgende Antwort:
In Italy companies are obliges to deposit the previous year’s financial information at the local chambers of commerce by the end of March. There is then a period of about 5-6 months in which the chambers of commerce must process the data and make it available to resellers.
This means that, in practical terms, 2008 balance sheet info will start becoming available in July/August 2009 (unless of course there are delays like the company not releasing the data etc) . Now, in June 2009, it is a little early to see 2008 data.
Hierzu sei angemerkt, dass deutsche Unternehmen die 2008er Zahlen erst elektronisch per Frist zum 31.12.2009 / 23.59 Uhr einzureichen haben.
