The dispute between Apple and the Bonn Cafe “Apfelkind” could get worse. Reason is another trademark application of the term “Apfelkind” as an EU Community trade mark.
Apple has filed against the registration of the term and logo “Apfelkind” as a German Trademark already in September 2012 conflict. This case is still open.
The new trademark application will open and start another conclict between both parties.
