This research service provides information out of the publications of the German Company Register which is filed at the local "Amtsgerichte". German companies like GmbH, AG, e.K., GmbH & Co. KG have to publish all changes in the company in the register. The research provides you the name of the actual management (Geschäftsfuehrer, Vorstaende) and information about capital and other changes.

The Research will be done by a researcher of infobroker.de in the publications of the local registers in the "Bundesanzeiger". The database provides all entries since 1986. Update of the database is daily.
